Week 1A

I chose the 'picture window' template because the way the picture of the dog popped out appealed to me and I preferred the narrower band at the top of the page vs. the wider band of the simple template.  After looking through the nature backgrounds I selected this one because I like the vibrant colors and love seeing the sky, grass and poppies.  I am a little disappointed that the poppies and grass do not convey in the preview screen and it makes me wonder why they are visible when selecting a background but not actually available on the blog screen.

I was not clear what I was supposed to use for a blog address after titling the blog as instructed.  I tried a few different address options before landing on one that Blogger would accept.  In hindsight I wonder if I was supposed to use the title also as the address.  I tried to go back to edit that but wasn't able to discover an option to do so.
